What gets written down
Carmel Valley Sub-Zero Care collects only what booking and finishing a repair in Carmel Valley actually needs: your name, a number we can reach you on, the service address, and what the appliance is doing.
Sharing
Your details stay inside Carmel Valley Sub-Zero Care: we do not sell them, we do not trade them, and we do not hand them to a lead broker. Inside the company it reaches the person who takes the booking and the technician who does the work, and stops there. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone.

What the site itself collects
Nothing on this website asks you for anything: no form, no sign-up, no comment box. A booking happens by phone or through the booking link. Our host keeps the ordinary server log every web server keeps: requesting address, page, time, for security and diagnostics.
Text messages
If you leave a mobile number, expect at most a handful of messages and all of them about your own repair — confirmation, arrival, a follow-up on a part. Nothing promotional is ever sent from this number. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.
How long the record lasts
Records are kept for the life of the warranty and for as long as tax and insurance obligations run, then deleted. What Carmel Valley Sub-Zero Care does not do is accumulate them into a marketing profile or feed them to an advertising network.
How we use it
- Scheduling the visit and carrying out the refrigerator repair work
- Reaching you about the appointment, a part on order, or a follow-up
- Meeting the record-keeping a California trade business is required to do
Children
Nothing here is aimed at children and Carmel Valley Sub-Zero Care does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
